Who we are
This policy covers the website minagent.xyz and the MinAgent waitlist, run by MinAgent Labs (“MinAgent”, “we”). MinAgent is in private beta. When the product launches, this policy will be updated to cover it, and we will tell everyone on the waitlist before the changes apply.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist
- Your email address, so we can send your beta invite and product updates.
- What describes you best (developer, creator, business or something else), so we can invite people in a sensible order.
- What your agent would do, if you choose to tell us. This is optional and helps us decide what to build first.
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider records standard technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to keep the site running and to stop abuse, and is kept only for a short time.
We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, we will list it here.
How we use it
- To send your beta invite and occasional updates about MinAgent.
- To understand who is interested and what they want to build.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We use your data because you gave it to us for these purposes (consent) and because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting the site. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run MinAgent, and only as much as they need:
- Website hosting (Vercel), which serves the site and processes form submissions.
- Email (our email provider), to send and receive messages.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on their standard contractual protections. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until MinAgent launches publicly and for up to 12 months after that, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Hosting logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop sending you emails (every email also has an unsubscribe link).
Email hello@minagent.xyz from the address you signed up with. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We protect data in transit with HTTPS and limit who on our team can see it. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your data we will tell you. See our security page for how we approach security and how to report a problem.
Children
MinAgent is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For important changes, we will also email the people on our waitlist.
