About these terms
These terms apply when you use minagent.xyz or join the MinAgent waitlist, run by MinAgent Labs (“MinAgent”, “we”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
MinAgent is in private beta. Using the product itself (wallets, payments, the API Store and the Agent Marketplace) will be covered by separate product terms, which you will see and accept before you can use it.
The waitlist and beta
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee an invite or a launch date.
- We decide who to invite and when, and may limit or end the beta at any time.
- Give us accurate information, and only sign up with an email address you control.
- Beta features may change, break or be removed. Don't rely on them for anything critical, and don't put in more money than you are ready to lose while the product is in beta.
Information on this site
The site, the blog and the technical overview describe a product that is still being built. Plans, features, prices and dates may change. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or investment advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell a token or any investment. MinAgent has no token.
Code examples are for learning. Use them at your own risk, and review them before using them with real funds.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- break the law or help anyone else do so;
- attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to the site or our systems;
- scrape the site in a way that harms it, or submit the waitlist form automatically;
- pretend to be someone else, or use MinAgent's name or brand in a misleading way.
Finding a security problem is different: please report it the way our security page describes, and we won't treat good-faith research as a breach of these terms.
Our content and brand
The site, its text, design, logo and images belong to MinAgent Labs. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Using our logo or name to suggest that we endorse you needs our written permission.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, such as standards and documentation. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be correct, complete or online.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, MinAgent is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and the new terms apply from then on. Questions go to hello@minagent.xyz.
